The final Strategy Map for the Parking and Traffic Branch at City of Melbourne. Leading the implementation of Balanced Secorecard, I inherited a business plan with 52 strategic objectives, and over seven weeks faciliated my mnagement team through a complete and correct Balanced Scorecard process, reducing the original 52 strategic objectives down to 16 in the first round, then down to the above eight in the revision of the plan.
