The first deployment of Forrest Breyfogle’s Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) methodology in Australia. I led the implementation of IEE as an improvement to the Balanced Scorecard approach I had implemented the year prior in the Parking and Traffic Branch.
My operational and improvement teams administered and improved the IEE Dashboard, evolving it to a touchscreen tool central to management meetings and improvement prioritisation.
